Upgraded Engine Options:
28.5cc Head Kit
Upgrade - This is the least expensive motor upgrade option where we
remove the stock cylinder and piston and replace them with the 28.5cc
big bore kit. This kit give a big improvement in power and
accelleration. This upgrade will boost the horsepower rating to 3.25 hp.
28.5cc GP290
version 2 Chrome Engine Upgrade / Motor Swap - With this engine option, we remove your
stock engine and replace it with the powerful GP290 version 2 engine.
This engine is rated at 3.5 hp with good bottom end power and very good
top end speed. This is one of the best and most reliable upgraded
motors. The GP290 version 2 has a 40mm boss opening at the cylinder to
allow for better fuel / air transfer through the larger transfer ports.
28.5cc CAT 5
Race Ported GP290 version 2 Chrome Engine Upgrade / Motor Swap - With this engine option, we remove your
stock engine and replace it with the CAT 5 Mfg Race Ported GP290. This
engine has had the port timing of the intake and exhaust ports adjusted
to get more horsepower and higher RPM's than a stock GP290. The
transfer ports have been enlarged and reshaped to allow for better
delivery of fuel / air mixture to the combustion chamber. The top of
the piston has been modified to resist lean siezures. This engine is
rated at 4.25 hp. This is an excellent motor option for the person who
really likes to go fast. (This engine is also available with an

30.5cc Stroker
CY Chrome Engine Upgrade / Motor Swap - With this engine option, we remove your stock engine and
replace it with the CY 30.5cc Stroker Chrome Engine. The 30.5cc stroker
engine is known for its bottom-end torque. The stroker crankshaft in
this engine increases the piston travel by 2mm giving the engine a
longer power stroke. The only drawback to a longer stroke crankshaft is
a reduction in top RPM's. This engine works great in vehicles with
large / oversized tires. For top speed performance, you should choose
an engine with a standard stroke crankshaft and a race ported head. This
engine is rated at 3.75 hp.
30.5cc Stroker
ESP Race Ported CY Chrome Engine Upgrade / Motor Swap - With this engine option, we remove your
stock engine and replace it with the CY 30.5cc ESP Race Ported Stroker
Chrome Engine. The 30.5cc stroker engine is known for its bottom-end
torque. The stroker crankshaft in this engine increases the piston
travel by 2mm giving the engine a longer power stroke. The only
drawback to a longer stroke crankshaft is a reduction in top RPM's.
However, this engine has had the intake and exhaust ports modified to
help with RPM's. This engine works great in vehicles with large /
oversized tires. For top speed performance, you should choose an engine
with a standard stroke crankshaft and a race ported head. This engine
is rated at 4.5 hp.
