You may return  new unused items sold by Parkflyers.com within 15 days from delivery for a refund minus shipping cost and a 7% restocking fee. When processing your refund, shipping costs will be subtracted even if free shipping was applied.
Your return will be rejected if sent without an Return Merchandise Authorization number.
To obtain an RMA number, please email us at marc@parkflyers.com. Include Receipt #, date of purchase, full name and reason for return. Customer service will contact you via email within 2 business days with your return information.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery or request a UPS Electronic Return Label from us (see below).

Parkflyers.com reserves the right to inspect all returned products.

Parkflyers.com does not accept returns of the following items:

*Crashed, used or partially assembled products or accessories

*Any product missing parts

*Visual damage to the outer product box
