1) Parkflyers.com does NOT assume any responsibility for crashing your R/C aircraft. R/C Aircraft are made from lightweight materials and will sustain damage if crashed. We have a full line of spare parts in the case that you do crash. If you are a beginner and are worried of crashing, then we advise that you purchase a flight simulator or fly your aircraft with an experienced r/c pilot.
2) If you Are not satisfied with your plane when you open the box , then just contact us for an r/a # assuming that its unused and in new condition within 9 days of purchase date. Once crashed we cannot take r/c product back nor refund your money.
3) All of our R/C planes that we sell are tested and certified by Parkflyers.com to fly.
4) Parkflyers R/C assumes no responsility for Li-Poly Battery Packs. We dont offer a warrantee and we do not accept any liability for them in use for any reason. Li-Poly batteries need extreme care and can be a fire hazard if handled incorrectly. We suggest charging them in a glass bowl away from any flammable materials. 1) Storing them in a closed car on a hot day may cause them to ignite. 2) Using wrong type of charger may cause battery to explode. 3) altering battery connection may cause battery to ignite.
