Faster Servo Response/Power/Accuracy
A very simple tip to get faster servo response, more precise control and more servo pulling and pushing power. Use a very sharp blade to slice off control surface at its hinge point. do this for both rudder and elevator. Then re-hinge with a strong clear packing tape on both sides. Make sure that after hinging there is no binding in either direction. The goal is to provide no load on servos.

Getting the most out of Li-Poly Battery
The Li-Poly battery included with your Edge 540T will have a key role on your aircraft’s performance. Here are some key tips on ensuring peak performance from your battery:
1) Never completely drain a Li-Poly battery down to zero. Doing this will damage the pack and harm its power output and capacity. Make sure to remove your battery from aircraft after every flight to avoid a complete discharge.
2) Never recharge a Li-poly battery right after usage. Wait at least 40 minutes between recharges to avoid damage.
3) Never Leave a Li-Poly battery in an automobile on a hot summer day. Doing this may cause the pack to ignite and or explode. If the temperature is greater than 75 degrees use caution.
4) When charging a Li-Poly battery we urge you to place battery in a ceramic or glass plate.
5) Do not attempt to disassemble, or change its connecter plug or alter the Li-Poly battery pack in any way. Doing so is the #1 cause of igniting and or exploding.
