You may return new unused items sold by Parkflyers.com within 9 days from delivery for a refund minus the shipping costs. When processing your refund, shipping costs will be subtracted. There is also a small 15% restocking fee..
Your return will be rejected if sent without an Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at parkflyers@aol.com . Include Receipt#, date of purchase, full name and reason for return. Customer service will contact you via email within 2 business days with your return information.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery or request a UPS Electronic Return Label from us (see below).
Parkflyers.com reserves the right to inspect all returned products.
Items that are Not Returnable
Parkflyers.com does not accept returns of the following items:
· Crashed or used plane or accessories.
· Any product missing parts
· Any plane that has been partially assembled
