Out of the box engine issues December 5, 2015
Reviewer: george williams from Atlanta, GA United States
The cowls on my model were too tight on the fans and the engines burned up before I could figure out what was going on.  They wouldnt turn at all. Hoping for some warranty support.

Defects/Flaws January 14, 2015
Reviewer: Daniel Pastor from Cornwall, ON Canada
I just received my spare parts, and I gotta say Im not impressed... the elevators are not level.
The elevator connector bars dont look straight. I am going to attempt to get it straighter but if i cannot get this product to fly I will not be investing further.

Super Fun to Fly!! December 29, 2014
Reviewer: Orlando Garcia from Goodyear, AZ United States
As a beginner pilot I found this to be a great little plane. It is very durable and can take a beating! It did take a few tries to understand how to fly it, but after watching the YouTube setup guide and flying tips videos, I was able to fly it with ease. A few mistakes I see people on videos making are:
1. Not charging the battery all the way. You can tell by the high pitched sound the engine makes if you have full power.
2. Huge movements on the controls. You need to make small precise movements on the controls for a better flying experience.
3. Trying to fly the plane in a crowded location. This plane is pretty quick! Find a location with plenty of open space to give yourself space for turns!
As far as customer service goes, ParkFlyers.com is absolutely awesome!!! They truly know how to treat their customers. I would definitely recommend this plane and ParkFlyers.com to anyone!

Definitely Watch the Videos August 31, 2013
Reviewer: Thursaiz from South Eastern Ontario
I purchased the full collector-edition game as I love the franchise, and I originally thought it was also a great way to get into the r/c hobby at the same time.  The plane itself is pretty cool, but if you are a beginner like myself, be sure to watch the videos posted by the great folks at parkflyers.com.   After several attempts on very calm days to get the plane off the ground at full throttle, I put it on the shelf to attempt with a better runway surface.  After a full battery charge two days later, the propellers are not operating at full capacity.  I have tried a friend's battery from his fully-functioning Paladin, but no change.  My intention is to purchase a full set of spare parts for the plane over the next few weeks/months to try again later.  The plane is awesome to have for game collectors, and if nothing else, was a great intro for me into the realities of r/c flight...or immense taxi practice around the emtpy parking lot :)
